Day 1: you will drink 1.5 litres of water, wait an hour, then you’re going to drink another 500ml of water, and then you’ll go on a half an hour walk … that’s it! That’s all you’re going to do for day one. I don’t care where you go for a walk, town, a local park – it doesn’t matter to Me. After you half an hour walk you’re allowed to go home and piss however you like, but you must stay out for half an hour. Oh, you’ll be bursting. You’ll want to piss yourself, but hold it in, and don’t you dare let a drop out.
